Business overview

During the interim consolidated accounting period, the Group reviewed its segment classification. Following the inclusion of Decorte Holdings as a consolidated subsidiary, it separated the Wedding Business and Photo Business from the former Life Design Business and established a new Wedding & Photo Business segment. This segment is establishing a system to refer customers from marriage agencies to the post-marriage market and is strengthening its organisational structure. By positioning marriage as “the start of new household consumption,” the Group is pursuing a growth strategy as a “life design company” that supports people at major milestones in their lives. It aims to maximise group synergies by increasing its cross-selling rate. The Group is advancing the evolution of its services through Match Tech (マッチテック) and is generating more than 20,000 marriages annually.
