The Group comprises the Company, 39 subsidiaries and 7 equity-method affiliates, and operates department store, food, commercial facilities and other businesses. It has updated Long-Term Business Vision 2030 Ver.2 and aims to evolve into a “Regional Lifestyle Platform Provider” for customers in Japan and overseas. By 2030, it is targeting 10 million active customers across the Group, operating profit of ¥35–40 billion and ROE of at least 8%. As priority areas under the Long-Term Business Vision, the Group has established the Kansai Dominance Strategy and the Target Breakthrough Strategy, and is developing its organizational structure and making upfront investments centered on domestic customer and store businesses, overseas customer businesses, customer services businesses, customer data utilization businesses and the promotion of regional infrastructure development. The Group is advancing its human resources strategy and sustainability management as core strategies across the Group.
