TOA CORPORATION comprises the company itself, 15 subsidiaries and 28 affiliated companies. With construction as its core business, the group also operates construction-related businesses, real estate, and shipbuilding and ship repair. Its business segments are Domestic Civil Engineering, Domestic Construction and Overseas Operations, while real estate development, sales and leasing are classified as Other. Each of the Domestic Civil Engineering, Domestic Construction and Overseas Operations segments undertakes contract construction for government agencies and private-sector customers. Overseas Operations includes activities conducted through local subsidiaries such as PT TOA TUNAS JAYA INDONESIA and R2TOA CORPORATION. Major affiliated companies include 東亜鉄工㈱, 東亜機械工業㈱, 信幸建設㈱, ㈱東亜エージェンシー, 東亜海運産業㈱, 東亜リアテック㈱, PFI斎場運営㈱, PFI一宮斎場㈱, PT TOA TUNAS JAYA INDONESIA and R2TOA CORPORATION. The main business structure is divided into four categories: Domestic Civil Engineering, Domestic Construction, Overseas Operations and Real Estate, with the positions of consolidated subsidiaries and affiliated companies shown. On 1 July 2025, 東亜ビルテック株式会社 ceased to be a consolidated subsidiary, and 東亜リアルエステート株式会社 changed its corporate name to 東亜リアテック株式会社 on the same date.
