「At the 126th annual general meeting of shareholders held on 29 June 2016, it was approved that the Company’s common shares would be consolidated at a ratio of 10 shares to 1 share, that the effective date of the consolidation would be 1 October 2016, and that the total number of shares authorized for issuance as of the effective date would be 60,000,000 shares.」
The Company planned a 10-for-1 share consolidation effective 1 October 2016, reducing the total number of authorized shares from 600,000,000 to 60,000,000. The number of shares per unit was also scheduled to change from 1,000 to 100.
