Premium Group Co.,Ltd.

Premium Group Co.,Ltd. is a holding company that manages Premier株式会社, which oversees the finance business; Premier Warranty Service株式会社, which oversees the breakdown warranty business; Premier Mobility Service株式会社, which oversees the auto mobility services business; and other companies. It was established on 25 May 2015 under the name 株式会社ＡＺＳ一号 as a vehicle for accepting an investment from AZ-Star 1 Investment Limited Liability Partnership. On 19 June 2015, it acquired all shares of プレミアファイナンシャルサービス株式会社 (now プレミア株式会社), making it a wholly owned subsidiary. On 8 July 2015, it changed its corporate name to Premium Group Co.,Ltd. and remains so today. Its principal subsidiary, プレミア株式会社, was established on 31 July 2007 as a wholly owned second-tier subsidiary responsible for a new business of 株式会社ガリバーインターナショナル (now IDOM Inc., Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Hatori Yusuke (羽鳥由宇介)), which operated a used-car wholesale business. To strengthen its fundraising capabilities and expand its finance and breakdown warranty businesses, in July 2010 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of SBI Holdings,Inc., and in March 2013 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of a fund managed and operated by アイ・シグマ・キャピタル株式会社, a wholly owned subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation. It subsequently became a subsidiary of the Company in pursuit of further growth opportunities and remains so today. The Company also resolved at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on 23 January 2026 to have プレミアワランティサービス株式会社, プレミアモビリティサービス株式会社 and カープレミア株式会社 absorbed into プレミア株式会社 in an absorption-type merger, with 1 July 2026 as the effective date.
