Business overview

Under its basic policy of creating services that surprise the world, the Group develops AI-powered solutions for both B2C and B2B markets. It promotes the AI revolution (AIX) by leveraging AI, SaaS and security-related technologies, and aims to establish the de facto standard centered on AI agents. As of April 2026, its 4 consolidated subsidiaries were Vario Secure Inc., ㈱エーアイスクエア, ㈱ティファナ・ドットコム and VOIQ株式会社. On 14 April 2026, the Group resolved to make Vario Secure Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary through a share exchange, effective 30 June 2026. Vario Secure Inc.'s listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market was delisted effective 26 June 2026. Effective 1 May 2026, the Group made AKMコンサルティング株式会社 a consolidated subsidiary by acquiring 70.0% of its issued shares. To strengthen its business base in the AI and SaaS fields, the Group is accelerating the development, implementation and deployment of AI agents and optimizing its portfolio. The AI market is expanding amid the generative AI boom and the spread of LLMs, while the adoption and implementation of AIX are advancing. Resources are being concentrated in the two key areas of the HEROZ Cowork concept and AI Security Cowork. HEROZ's full-scale SaaS product, HEROZ ASK, was officially launched in May 2024. The cumulative number of contracted customers was approximately 430 as of the end of April 2026, while ARR exceeded ¥100 million in October 2025 and ¥200 million in April 2026. The Group has expanded its shogi-related product portfolio through events including KISHIN Analytics, KISHIN Learning, the KISHIN European Tournament and the OKAMURA Grand Championship. The cumulative number of games played on Shogi Wars reached 1.1 billion as of December 2025. Shogi Wars MAU and game volume continue to increase. In June 2026, the Group released Tsumebato, a new mode that automatically extracts tsume-shogi problems. VOIQ expanded its inside-sales support business and released the beta version of bizReel. AKMコンサルティング株式会社 strengthened its back-office BPO business and is promoting the replacement of business processes with AI agents.
