Nippon Light Metal Group is an integrated aluminum manufacturer with a broad range of aluminum-centered businesses. It manufactures and sells products primarily through 4 divisions: alumina and chemicals; primary aluminum; flat and extruded products; fabricated products and related businesses; and foil and powder products. In the consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 2026, sales were ¥585,473 million, operating profit was ¥25,626 million, ordinary profit was ¥23,646 million, and profit attributable to owners of the parent was ¥15,590 million. The Medium-term Management Plan (26 Medium-term Plan), aimed at achieving the 2035 Vision, is a 3-year plan beginning in fiscal 2026 and sets out financial targets, ROIC targets, and an allocation policy. The Group is also pursuing sustainability initiatives and has established KPIs in areas including global environmental protection, sustainable value creation, employee well-being, responsible procurement, corporate ethics, and governance.
