Business overview

IK HOLDINGS operates domestic direct-to-consumer retail and wholesale businesses in general merchandise, food products and cosmetics through a group structure centred on its direct marketing and sales marketing businesses, including its consolidated subsidiaries. Its consolidated subsidiaries are アイケイ, フードコスメ and プライムダイレクト, while its non-consolidated subsidiaries accounted for under the equity method include ネイビーズ, getpop and I.K Trading Company Limited. On 17 October 2025, it established getpop as a wholly owned subsidiary, transferred the social media advertising business to it, and subsequently transferred that business to a newly established subsidiary. On 1 February 2026, it carried out a corporate reorganisation involving the absorption-type merger of プライムダイレクト into アイケイ, with アイケイ as the surviving company and プライムダイレクト as the disappearing company, both effective on the same date. The stock-based business was transferred to the newly established subsidiary PD, which was subsequently renamed 株式会社プライムダイレクト. Its businesses are classified into 2 reporting segments: the direct marketing business and the sales marketing business.
