The Group operates three restaurant formats centered on its food-service business: 「ステーキのあさくま」 (Asakuma Steak), 「カレーのあさくま」 (Asakuma Curry), and 「厳選もつ酒場 エビス参」 (Ebisu-san, a specialty offal tavern). During the fiscal year, the Group is pursuing growth through new openings and the strengthening of existing locations. Full-year net sales exceeded ¥10 billion in the previous fiscal year, and the Group aims to strengthen its earnings base this fiscal year by continuing to develop its store-opening, sales, and staffing structures. For the interim period, net sales were ¥5,859,239 thousand, operating income was ¥168,131 thousand, ordinary income was ¥172,544 thousand, and interim net income was ¥92,887 thousand. At the end of the interim period, cash and cash equivalents stood at ¥1,727,219 thousand, total assets were ¥4,583,261 thousand, and the equity ratio was 66.6%. Effective 1 August 2026, the Company conducted a 2-for-1 stock split of its common shares. The total number of shares issued after the split is 10,770,040.
