UNISIA HOLDINGS CO. has set the long-term goal of becoming a global lifestyle services company that designs food, travel and experiences. It made PISOLA a consolidated subsidiary and added “PISOLA” as a new reporting segment. The company is expanding its domestic food-service business centered on Kushikatsu Tanaka, as well as businesses including Kyoto Tempura Ten no Meshi, and began offering kids’ meals free of charge all day from January 2026. During the interim consolidated accounting period, net sales were ¥17,859,282 thousand, gross profit was ¥11,350,466 thousand and operating income was ¥813,457 thousand, among other results. By segment, the company is diversifying across Kushikatsu Tanaka, PISOLA, Other Domestic Businesses, House Meal and Interior Construction. It recognized goodwill and acquisition consideration of ¥9,500,033 thousand in connection with the acquisition of PISOLA shares. The company also announced that it is discussing a planned transfer to Antway on 30 November 2026.
