The Group is a solutions provider focused on supporting talent development and organizational growth in the AI era. Its core business, flier business, supports customers' DX initiatives and talent development by providing organizational learning platforms and enhancing the value of the learning experience, against a backdrop of growth in the digital talent support market. Since the third quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2026, the Group has prepared consolidated financial statements, and the businesses of AIStep and Zealox have contributed to Group performance. The Enterprise Business segment is working to stabilize the quality of customer sales meetings and establish PDCA cycles, while expanding its network of business partners with strengths in organizational culture transformation. The Consumer Business segment is seeking to improve the quality of existing services and expand into reskilling, and has begun operating Zealox's women-focused web design school and offering Master AI, a practical generative AI course. Through its key initiatives during the interim period, the Group aims to achieve autonomous growth and improve the earnings power of each business. There were no major changes during the interim consolidated accounting period.
