Business overview

The Group operates a single business, the manufacture and sale of semiconductor inspection equipment. Its principal products are handlers, testers and parts. The Group is actively expanding in overseas markets, which account for approximately 90% of shipments by destination, primarily to Malaysia, the Philippines and China. It has formulated the Enjoy2.1 medium-term plan covering fiscal 2025 through fiscal 2027. Its core strategies are to standardize and improve the efficiency of production processes, strengthen sales capabilities, drive business-process innovation through digitalization, and enhance human-resource development. It is also pursuing business strategies to address market needs in both the tester and handler fields. Under its medium-term outlook, the Group has set sales targets of ¥6,300 million for fiscal 2026, ¥8,000 million for fiscal 2027 and ¥9,000 million for fiscal 2028. Against a backdrop of recovering demand in the handler field, it plans to expand MAP handler applications, launch next-generation handlers and strengthen collaboration in the tester field. The medium-term plan also includes management that takes capital costs and share prices into account, capital allocation that balances growth investment with stable dividends, a restructuring of its dividend policy based on a DOE target of 4%, the introduction of a rolling plan and enhanced IR activities.
