The Ricksoft Group operates a single Solutions Business segment centered on the information services sector. After acquiring 39% of the issued shares of IO SG and entering into a capital and business alliance, the company changed its name to Ricksoft Singapore Pte. Ltd. This has enabled the two companies to leverage their respective expertise, customer bases and service delivery structures, strengthening their ability to address demand for overseas projects, expanding the Group’s business base in the Asia-Pacific region and pursuing business growth in global markets. The Group will continue to improve productivity and reduce costs through internal digital transformation and work-style reform, while aiming to increase orders by deepening relationships with existing customers and acquiring new customers, and enhance corporate value through the promotion of AI and digital transformation.
