TOSHIN HOLDINGS CO.,LTD filed a petition with the Tokyo District Court for commencement of corporate reorganization proceedings on 8 May 2026 and received the court's commencement order on the same day. While the proceedings are intended to rehabilitate the business, a restructuring plan is currently being prepared under the supervision and management of court-appointed administrators. The Group's principal businesses are mobile communications-related operations, including the sale of mobile communications equipment and brokering of mobile phone service contracts; real estate, including the leasing of office buildings and rental apartments and the sale of real estate; and resort operations, including the operation and management outsourcing of golf courses and the operation of golf practice facilities. Its mobile communications-related operations, centered on its wholly owned subsidiary TOSHIN MOBILE, included sales of mobile communications equipment through company-operated stores, brokerage of mobile phone service subscriptions, wholesale and outsourced services for sales agencies, and sales to corporations and offices. In real estate, the Group had established a framework for securing stable revenue from rental properties, while its resort operations covered multiple golf courses and practice facilities. As of 30 April 2026, the Group had 94 employees, including 77 in total across its reported segments and 17 in company-wide functions. The Group also positions its people as a source of value creation and competitive advantage, making the enhancement of organizational capabilities through investment in human resources a core strategic pillar.
