With respect to Ishida Masafumi (石田雅文), his dismissal as a director was approved at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on 28 May 2026, and he is in a position that may be subject to liability for breach of his duties. It is therefore not expected that he can perform his duties fairly as a trustee. With respect to Awataguchi Taro (粟田口太郎), he previously supported Ishida Masafumi (石田雅文) as the former company's attorney, and it is not expected that he can fairly pursue claims against Ishida Masafumi (石田雅文) or select a sponsor fairly as a trustee.
