Business overview

The ELECOM group consists of 17 companies, including consolidated subsidiaries, with the ELECOM brand at its core. It operates as a single segment, conducting businesses incidental to the development, manufacture and sale of PCs, digital equipment, consumer electronics and related services. Overseas sales are expanding, centered on Logitec-brand products developed by Logitec INA Solutions Co., Ltd. The group is pursuing global expansion through its overseas bases and, under the medium-term management plan formulated in fiscal 2024 (April 2024 to March 2027), is focusing on providing high-value-added products and services tailored to domestic and overseas customer needs, developing human resources and strengthening its business infrastructure. In November 2025, Nippon Antenna Co., Ltd. became a wholly owned subsidiary through a share exchange, deepening collaboration between the company and the ELECOM group. Key matters for the fiscal year include realizing M&A synergies, optimizing inventories, launching value-added products, implementing price revisions and cost reductions, and investing in logistics functions to strengthen business continuity planning (BCP).
