Business overview

The Group is organized into 4 business areas: domestic education, international education, postpartum care, and family support. Childcare and early childhood education form the foundation of these businesses, and the Group aims to create a society in which family happiness and individual well-being coexist. The domestic education business includes licensed childcare groups, licensed nursery schools, premium education groups, prep schools and early childhood education centers, after-school programs, and swimming schools. The international education business comprises global schools, overseas study support, nature tourism, and overseas nursery school operations. The postpartum care business centers on bespoke postpartum care facilities, while the family support business focuses on architectural design and related services. On 1 December 2025, the Group opened Kids Garden Prep School Azabudai Hills and Kids Garden Education Lab Azabudai Hills (After-School) in Azabudai Hills. The Group plans to open Villa Mom Tokyo Ariake, a postpartum care hotel, on 22 June 2026 and aims to strengthen its competitiveness by expanding its postpartum care services. As of June 2025, the Group operated 70 licensed childcare centers, 7 unlicensed childcare facilities, 2 early childhood education centers, 1 swimming school, and 3 global schools in its domestic education business. On 8 May 2026, the Group made 株式会社WITHホールディングス a wholly owned subsidiary and, through that company, incorporated the WITH Group, which operates 96 childcare-related facilities and 4 elderly care facilities in Tokyo, Saitama Prefecture, and Kanagawa Prefecture. This expanded the scope of development and provision of service businesses related to nursery school operations, including catering, childcare personnel placement, and educational program provision. The Group places importance on shareholder returns and paid dividends on 14 November 2025 and 18 May 2026, resulting in an annual dividend of ¥95 per share. Going forward, the Group will expand its business areas and diversify its earnings base through growth in existing businesses and the development of new businesses.
