Business overview

Booking Resort Co.,Ltd. has adopted a business model centered on customer acquisition support for the lodging industry and directly operated lodging businesses. Through its booking platforms and customer acquisition support for lodging facilities, it seeks to maximize revenue at client properties, while accumulating operational expertise at its directly operated properties and applying that expertise to its customer acquisition support business. In June 2019, it launched Resort Glamping.com, a booking platform specializing in glamping and resort facilities, and changed its trade name to Booking Resort in October 2019. In February 2025, it listed on the Growth Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. As directly operated lodging facilities, it opened Dog Villa Chiba Minamiboso in Minamiboso, Chiba, in February 2023; RIVERSIDE CAMP FIELD CHICHIBU in Chichibu, Saitama, in April 2024; and Chichibu Bettei Komura in Chichibu, Saitama, in July 2024. In December 2025, it acquired Lake Wind Inn Asafuji in Minamitsuru District, Yamanashi, and began operating the property. In addition, in January 2026, it acquired a hot-spring lodging facility in Izu, Shizuoka, as the first project under its Facility Revitalization and Resale Business, and is testing value creation as a destination hotel and greater operating efficiency through unmanned operations and other measures. Through these initiatives, the company is diversifying monetization in its customer acquisition support business and pursuing synergies with its directly operated assets.
