Business overview

The SHO-BOND Holdings Co.,Ltd. Group, as a pure holding company, formulates and oversees the Group's overall management strategy. Its consolidated subsidiaries, organized by region and business, conduct civil engineering and construction work and manufacture and sell products. Centered on domestic construction, the Group has subsidiaries responsible for manufacturing and selling products, entities supplying construction materials in Japan and overseas, and bases for overseas construction operations, enabling it to pursue orders and supply across domestic and overseas infrastructure-related markets. Under Medium-Term Management Plan 2027, the Group aims to enhance corporate value by rebuilding its overseas business model, improving productivity through DX, managing with awareness of capital costs and share price, utilizing non-financial capital, and combining steady shareholder returns through dividends with share buybacks. During the fiscal year, sales of construction materials, including seismic-retrofitting materials and coupling materials, increased. However, sales from construction work for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and expressway companies were sluggish, and revenue was below the previous year.
