The Group’s business structure is centered on its GRC solutions business, with operations built around two pillars: advanced cybersecurity measures and security-related capabilities, and IT/software development in the financial sector. Effective 1 March 2026, the Company, as the surviving company, resolved to merge with and completed an absorption-type merger of its wholly owned subsidiary 株式会社バリュレイト. At the same time, effective 8 April 2026, it established 株式会社GRCSテクノロジーズ as a wholly owned subsidiary. Its business activities include GRC solutions, consisting primarily of services and solutions in the security field, and financial technology businesses. Revenue for the interim consolidated period was ¥1,743 million, an increase of 8.8% year on year. Going forward, the Group aims to build a stable earnings base and achieve operating profitability by incorporating AI functions into its proprietary products and strengthening its recurring-revenue model. The Group operates as a single segment, the GRC solutions business.
