Business overview

As a regional financial institution, the Bank Group’s foremost priority is contributing to the revitalization of the local economy. Guided by its management philosophy of “placing importance on social responsibility and pursuing sound management,” “building a bank that is familiar to, appreciated by and useful to customers,” and “creating a rewarding workplace that respects human relationships,” the Group provides high-value-added financial services based on deep relationships with customers in the region. In April 2026, it will launch its 29th Medium-Term Management Plan, “Acceleration: KASOKU, Passing the Sash,” and has set targets for the fiscal year ending March 2029 of ROE (non-consolidated) of at least 5%, net income of at least ¥4 billion, and a consolidated capital adequacy ratio of at least 8.5%. The Group will pursue its policy of creating a value creation cycle that grows sustainably together with the local community, by strengthening solution-based sales that draw on local talent, reinforcing its management foundation, and improving operational efficiency and productivity through the use of DX and AI, identified as the “three acceleration drivers” under its basic policy.
