The Daitron Group operates primarily in the electronics sector. In line with the basic policies of its 11th Medium-Term Management Plan (2024–2026), the Group promoted sales expansion of its original products, the expansion of its overseas operations, and the creation of new businesses. As a result, consolidated net sales for the interim consolidated accounting period were ¥59,702 million, operating income was ¥5,045 million, ordinary income was ¥5,198 million, and interim net income attributable to owners of the parent was ¥3,556 million. By segment, the domestic sales business reported net sales of ¥44,452 million and operating income of ¥3,520 million; the domestic manufacturing business reported net sales of ¥7,073 million and operating income of ¥831 million; and the overseas business reported net sales of ¥12,437 million and operating income of ¥790 million. Against total sales of ¥66,055 million, operating income was ¥5,045 million. In connection with the two-for-one stock split conducted effective 1 January 2026 for the 74th fiscal year and the 74th fiscal year interim consolidated accounting period, interim earnings per share were calculated on the assumption that the stock split had taken effect at the beginning of the period. Cash and cash equivalents at the end of the interim period were ¥20,041 million, and the equity ratio was 48.2%.
