Business overview

A green infrastructure company focused on renewable energy, providing an integrated range of services through its group, including consolidated subsidiaries, covering the planning, development, design, procurement, construction (EPC), sale, operation and management of solar power facilities, grid-scale battery storage facilities, net-zero energy houses and other projects. Revenue is broadly divided into “flow revenue” (sales from development and sales activities) and “stock revenue” (operating services and income from owned assets), including recurring revenue from operating services such as O&M, facility management and aggregation, as well as income from owned assets. The business comprises the following 2 areas: solar power facilities and grid-scale battery storage, and net-zero energy houses. The Group is positioned as “a green infrastructure company that consistently handles the development, construction, ownership, operation and financing of renewable energy.” Its principal group companies include 株式会社グリーンエナジー・プラス, 株式会社グリーンエナジー・ライフ and 株式会社GREEN ACTION. These group companies are listed as wholly owned consolidated subsidiaries under information on affiliated companies.
