Business overview

The Company operates a single business segment related to the development, operation and management of parking facilities. Its policy is to improve profitability by focusing on the operation of company-owned and leased parking facilities, opening new sites and optimizing the operation of existing properties. As of the end of March 2027, 51,000 parking spaces at 2,676 sites were in operation. Revenue for the interim period was ¥9,142 million, operating income was ¥1,513 million, ordinary income was ¥1,328 million and interim net income was ¥897 million. While working to improve profitability by opening new parking facilities and flexibly changing fees, the Company experienced higher-than-expected initial costs and lower gross profit from facilities opened during the winter, resulting in year-on-year declines in operating income, ordinary income and net income. Initiatives included expanding sites and promoting new openings, optimizing asset utilization through the acquisition and sale of adjacent land at existing parking facilities, securing personnel and reviewing employee compensation levels.
