Business overview

Enigmo’s core business is its “Specialty” marketplace, which operates BUYMA in the fashion e-commerce market and BUYMA TRAVEL in the overseas travel e-commerce market. The company is strengthening its growth platform while integrating local activities and transfer services operated by its overseas subsidiaries. During the interim consolidated accounting period from 1 February 2026 to 31 July 2026, results reflected the acquisition and changes in the scope of consolidation. Krystal Enterprise Limousine, Inc. was included in the scope of consolidation following the acquisition of its shares. The company also continued integrating BUYMA TRAVEL’s local bases through post-merger integration (PMI) and strengthening its service structure for local limousine services. At Travel Platform, bookings and gross transaction value increased against a backdrop of recovering demand for overseas travel, while the company proceeded with the internalisation of local operations at its Hawaii base and expanded its transfer services. For the 2026 interim period, revenue was ¥2,755.766 million, operating loss was ¥437.028 million, ordinary loss was ¥417.261 million, and interim net loss attributable to owners of the parent was ¥144.201 million. The Fashion Platform business had 12,222,623 members, gross merchandise value of ¥19,866.460 million, revenue of ¥2,230.432 million, and segment profit of ¥188.788 million. The Travel Platform business reported revenue of ¥516.815 million and a segment loss of ¥238.746 million. The company paid a dividend of ¥30 per common share on 27 April 2026.
