Business overview

The Group operates condominium development, rental property development, value enhancement and construction contracting businesses, primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Following the consolidation of 株式会社小川建設 as a subsidiary on 27 October 2025, the Group transitioned to an organizational structure comprising the four reportable segments described above. The deemed acquisition date for commencing consolidation of 小川建設 was set as 31 December 2025, and its results for the period from 1 January 2026 onward are reflected. The condominium development, rental property development and value enhancement businesses are all focused primarily on the Tokyo metropolitan area and seek to create value through activities including new condominium development, renovation of existing real estate and leasing. The construction contracting business undertakes contracting work centered on the construction of new condominium and rental apartment buildings, primarily in the Kanto region. Going forward, the Group will seek to expand order opportunities by strengthening its technical proposal and construction management capabilities, deepen relationships with existing customers and develop new customers. The sustainability policy currently applies only to the parent company as the Group works to establish a group-wide framework.
