As described in this report, the Shin-Etsu Polymer Co.,Ltd. Group conducts manufacturing and sales activities together with multiple affiliated companies, mainly across the following business segments. The Group operates sites in Japan and overseas, with its main product groups comprising electronic device-related materials, precision-molded products, housing and lifestyle materials, and other products. Under its medium-term management plan, SEP G&G 2029 (announced in April 2025), the Group is expanding its growth businesses through 2029 while increasing sales and improving productivity in its core businesses, with targets set for the fiscal year ending March 2030. In April 2025, the Group absorbed Kitchenista Co., Ltd. through a statutory merger, integrating its packaging-materials business. On sustainability, the Group has set targets for reducing CO2 emissions and is implementing initiatives including increasing the share of renewable electricity used at its domestic plants.
