The Group is primarily engaged in the creative services business, providing end-to-end planning, design, production and sales of paper packaging, displays and promotional tools. As of the end of the interim period, the business group consisted of the Company, 62 subsidiaries (43 consolidated subsidiaries and 19 non-consolidated subsidiaries) and 10 affiliates. As the Group operates as a single segment, segment-specific information has been omitted. Changes to the scope of consolidation included making 株式会社新和製作所 and Excel Pack Kabaya Co., Ltd. subsidiaries, as well as removing 株式会社トラスト, previously a non-consolidated subsidiary accounted for under the equity method, from the scope of equity-method accounting and including it in consolidation. 笑風 was excluded from the scope of consolidation because its materiality as a consolidated subsidiary had declined.
