Business overview

The Group is based in Okinawa and operates two core reportable segments: Alcoholic Beverages and Soft Drinks, and Tourism and Hotels. Centered on its flagship Orion brand, it aims to maintain a strong position in the Okinawa market while expanding outside Okinawa and overseas. Beer is manufactured at the Nago Plant in Nago, Okinawa, while RTD products and other items are purchased from contract manufacturers and sold by the Group. Consolidated subsidiaries include 石川酒造場 and オリオンホテル, and an equity-method affiliate is アサヒオリオン飲料. The e-commerce business was launched in the fiscal year ended March 2020. Under its medium-term plan, the Group targets a 5.9% revenue CAGR, an EBITDA margin of 25.1%, and ROE of 16.0%. It has established the Orion Sustainability Committee as part of its sustainability initiatives. The Group is pursuing new growth drivers in its Tourism and Hotels business and expanding its licensing business. For the fiscal years ending March 2027 through March 2030, it aims to grow revenue and improve capital efficiency.
