Business overview

インテグラル is an investment group whose core business is investing in listed Japanese companies, as well as private companies and real estate in Japan and overseas. Its growth strategy is to contribute to the development of Japanese society and industry by earning management fees and carried interest through fund management, making principal investments with its own capital, and diversifying its asset classes through businesses including real estate investments and growth investments. It launched its real estate investment business in November 2024 and its global technology growth investment business in March 2025. Total committed capital for the Series 5 funds has grown to ¥250 billion. In May 2026, it completed the final closing of the real estate investment fund インテグラル・リアルエステート1号投資事業有限責任組合 (Integral Real Estate No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership), with ¥23.5 billion in committed capital. The Series 3 funds completed their exit, including the transfer of all shares of TOYO ENGINEERING CORPORATION. Shares in MUTOHホールディングス株式会社, an investment of the Series 4 funds, were sold by tendering them into the company's tender offer. From July 2026 onward, the animal hospital group held by MiraiVets Partners株式会社 invested in 株式会社Vets Proof of Tokyo. - In the real estate investment business, Real Estate Fund No. 1 acquired a commercial facility in Osaka, a logistics facility in Matsudo, and rental housing in Fukuoka.
