コーセーアールイー operates across five core business areas: family condominium sales, asset-management condominium sales, real estate leasing and management, building maintenance, and other businesses. During the interim consolidated period, the company completed some of its family condominium projects in Kagoshima, Kagoshima Prefecture, and handed over one building, named グランフォーレ天文館プライム (Granfore Tenmonkan Prime). In Fukuoka Prefecture, it began selling グランフォーレ白木原レジデンス (Granfore Shirakihara Residence) in Onojo and continued sales in Fukuoka, Kasuga, Kurume, Kagoshima, Shimonoseki and Oyama, Tochigi Prefecture. Although no properties were completed in the asset-management condominium sales business, 43 units, including inventory carried over from the previous fiscal year, were handed over. In the real estate leasing and management business, the number of units under management declined to 3,208, compared with 3,375 in the same period of the previous year, resulting in lower revenue. The building maintenance business continued to provide condominium management, maintenance and inspection services, and revenue increased. In other businesses, the company provided brokerage services for real estate transactions, and both revenue and profit increased.
