The major consolidated subsidiaries and equity-method affiliates are located primarily in Japan, including Tokyo, Shizuoka and Saitama, with overseas operations in New Zealand through KISCO FOODS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and in China through 上海日生食品物流有限公司 and 久華世（成都）商貿有限公司. While centered on the domestic market, the group is also seeking to acquire new customer segments through e-commerce, contract logistics and overseas expansion. For the fiscal year ended March 2026, consolidated net sales were ¥73,503 million, operating income was ¥2,199 million, ordinary income was ¥2,351 million and net income attributable to owners of the parent was ¥1,758 million. Total assets were ¥24,722 million, net assets were ¥9,665 million and the equity ratio was 39.1%. The dividend policy targets a payout ratio of approximately 10%–15%, and the planned dividend for the fiscal year ended March 2026 is ¥45 per share.
