Rakus and Persol Business Process Design will jointly develop and launch StepBase for Rakuraku Seisan, a BPO service that performs and supports operational tasks for companies using Rakuraku Seisan, a cloud-based expense management system. The service will launch on 23 October 2026 and is intended to stabilize the operation of Rakuraku Seisan, following the start of the companies' business partnership in January 2026.
StepBase for Rakuraku Seisan enables companies to outsource the expense-management operations they require to a dedicated team, including reviewing applications, checking compliance with internal rules, performing initial approval of application slips and processing accounting entries. The service is also intended for companies facing recruitment difficulties or staff shortages, helping eliminate reliance on individual employees, reduce workloads and improve operational stability during the busy periods at the end and beginning of each month. Personnel will be able to devote more time to their core responsibilities, such as analysis and management support.
