RAKUS has begun offering “StepBase for 楽楽精算,” an outsourced operations service for the cloud-based expense settlement system “楽楽精算,” jointly developed with PERSOL Business Process Design, a subsidiary of PERSOL HOLDINGS.
RAKUS announced that it has partnered with PERSOL Business Process Design, a subsidiary of PERSOL HOLDINGS, to launch “StepBase for 楽楽精算,” an outsourced operations and support service for expense processing for companies using the cloud-based expense settlement system “楽楽精算.”
The service was jointly developed through the business partnership between the two companies. A dedicated team at PERSOL Business Process Design handles tasks including reviewing application details, checking them against internal rules, providing initial approval of application forms and processing accounting procedures. Companies can outsource only the operations they require, and operations can begin in as little as approximately 1 month even when business manuals have not yet been prepared.
