RAKUS Co.,Ltd. and パーソルビジネスプロデザイン have launched StepBase for RakRak Expense Management, a BPO service that handles and supports expense processing operations for companies using the cloud-based expense management system RakRak Expense Management. The service combines operational support to help address staffing shortages in accounting departments.
A BPO service that handles expense management operations, StepBase for RakRak Expense Management, has been launched. RAKUS Co.,Ltd. provides RakRak Expense Management and supports its implementation, while パーソルビジネスプロデザイン provides operational support for expense processing.
The service is primarily intended for companies that currently use or plan to adopt RakRak Expense Management and have 999 or fewer employees. Companies can outsource tasks in stages, including reviewing application details, checking them against internal policies, performing the initial approval of application forms, and processing accounting entries. Support is also provided for establishing workflows so that operations can begin as quickly as possible.
As an early example, the service supported ランドビジネス with its expense processing operations and handled approximately 160 expense-related tasks per month. The companies are organizing operating rules to reduce the workload at the beginning of each month and standardizing procedures, with the aim of improving productivity across the back office.
Going forward, the companies plan to strengthen service integration and promote measures to address the shortage of accounting staff by combining digitization with outsourced operations in response to the operational burden following implementation.
