RAKUS and FUJISOFT launched a collaboration on 29 September 2026 for the implementation, operations and maintenance of RakRaku Seisan, a cloud-based expense management system for enterprises. The companies will establish a structure capable of handling large-scale projects and aim to strengthen integration with existing systems.
The collaboration was announced with the aim of accelerating back-office digital transformation at large enterprises by combining RAKUS's expertise in cloud services with FUJISOFT's track record as a systems integrator. RAKUS will provide RakRaku Seisan licenses and implementation support, and had implementation experience with more than 20,000 companies as of September 2025. FUJISOFT will lead implementation projects, including project management, as well as operations and maintenance, providing end-to-end support for integration with multiple core systems and configuration changes accompanying large-scale organisational restructuring. This will strengthen the companies' ability to handle large-scale projects in the enterprise segment.
Against a backdrop of concerns over the growing maintenance burden at companies with large workforces as digital transformation advances, as well as the importance of complying with the qualified invoice system and the Electronic Book Preservation Act, RAKUS has strengthened its foundation by surpassing ¥50 billion in ARR in January 2026 and transitioning to a cloud-only business structure in April. FUJISOFT also launched its new Gen.2 structure in April 2026 and is advancing the development of an offering-based business that goes beyond its traditional contract development model.
Going forward, the collaboration is expected to contribute to the digital transformation of back-office operations at large enterprises. The companies plan to strengthen implementation support and promote the automation of operations using AI technology while anticipating increased demand for system replacements.
