The company plans to develop whole-villa accommodations in nature-rich locations for affluent travelers, with the first project scheduled to open in Karuizawa, Nagano. The opening is targeted for July 2027, with the advance-opening areas expected to be developed in stages by area.
The advance-opening area will renovate the cottage area at Prince Grand Resort Karuizawa and install hot springs overlooking gardens at all properties. Facilities including dog runs will also be provided so guests can stay with their dogs, with prices for 4-person cottages starting at approximately ¥165,000. Additional areas are planned to be developed in the future.
