Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide, a Seibu Holdings group company, announced that it will launch the new hotel brand VILLA PRINCE. The company plans to develop whole-villa accommodations in nature-rich locations for affluent travelers.
The first project will be Villa Prince Karuizawa, located in Karuizawa, Nagano, with part of the property scheduled to open ahead of the full launch in July 2027.
The advance-opening area is intended to provide lodging experiences that take advantage of Karuizawa's natural environment as the brand's first project.
