ふくおかフィナンシャルグループ and エクサウィザーズ are strengthening their business partnership and will expand support for back-office reform from a Fukuoka base through group company エクサフォワード九州. Expansion of AI use among municipalities and companies in Kyushu is also under consideration.
エクサウィザーズ and ふくおかフィナンシャルグループ announced plans to strengthen their business partnership to accelerate FFG’s “AI-first organizational transformation,” with group company エクサフォワード九州 leading the expansion of the support structure. The initiative will redesign back-office operations with AI as a premise and establish a support structure based in Fukuoka. This is intended to advance FFG’s AI initiatives while supporting regional expansion.
In explaining the background and principles of the reform, FFG stated that it would fundamentally review its business processes on the premise of AI, with the consistent redesign of back-office processes from application through storage identified as a central pillar. The aim is to reduce the burden of paper-based work and visual checks and eliminate paper storage and the sending of copies. エクサウィザーズ will provide continuous support for visualizing the reform, developing AI agents and embedding them in frontline operations.
