ExaWizards has strengthened its business alliance with Fukuoka Financial Group,Inc. to promote AI-first organisational transformation and expand its Fukuoka-based structure, focusing on redesigning back-office operations on the premise that they will be powered by AI.
株式会社エクサウザーズ announced that it would strengthen its business alliance with Fukuoka Financial Group,Inc. (FFG). The aim is to redesign back-office operations on the premise that they will be powered by AI as part of FFG's efforts to promote AI-first organisational transformation.
The support structure will be led by ExaForward Kyushu, established in August 2026, and its Fukuoka-based structure will be expanded. In addition to its existing support, ExaForward Kyushu plans to launch new initiatives to contribute to FFG's AI-first organisational transformation.
In October 2026, FFG announced organisational transformation in preparation for a future in which AI is commonplace, setting out a policy of redesigning the customer experience, operations and the organisation itself from an AI-first perspective. In particular, its back-office initiative aims to shift operational roles from people to AI through AI-enabled business process re-engineering.
Population decline and workforce constraints have been identified as challenges for regional financial institutions. In Kyushu, where paper-based procedures and visual checks remain widespread, the digitisation of administrative processing and the use of AI are expected to make operations more visible and efficient. Expansion to local governments and companies is also under consideration.
