Deliveries of the 2027 Chrysler Pacifica, a staple minivan in the United States, have begun, with the powertrain lineup consolidated around a 3.6L V6 gasoline engine. The plug-in hybrid has been discontinued.
The new Pacifica has entered the market as a 2027 model. It is positioned as the latest evolution of a minivan that has long been popular with families.
The previous plug-in hybrid has been discontinued, and the powertrain lineup now consists exclusively of a 3.6-liter V6 gasoline engine producing 287 hp paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is available on higher trims.
The exterior is distinguished by a redesigned illuminated wing badge and LED accents known as piano keys. Higher trims also add welcome and goodbye animation functionality. The Pinnacle's interior features Blue Agave Nappa leather, parquet-style perforations, bespoke stitching and piping, while the Stow 'n Go seating and storage system makes it possible to combine all-wheel drive with fully stowable seats.
The pricing and trim lineup consists of the LX, Select, Limited and Pinnacle. The LX carries an affordable price positioning inherited from the previous Voyager line, with a local price of approximately ¥6,633,681 before fees and an estimated price of approximately ¥6,952,615 including associated costs. Other trims range from approximately ¥7,280,343 to ¥9,097,231.
Overall, the new Pacifica lineup enhances the design and interior refinement of the previous model while continuing to prioritize its established reliability and practicality.
