Jeep has added the Upland trim to the 2027 Grand Cherokee. It is intended to offer off-road capability and distinctive styling at a relatively accessible price, and is positioned below the Trailhawk.
The exterior uses Trailhawk-inspired exclusive features, combining exclusive 18-inch design wheels with 265/60R18 all-terrain tires. The tow hooks are finished in Vapor Gray, the roof matches the body color, and the exterior accents are Dark Neutral Gray. Advanced mechanical upgrades such as height-adjustable air suspension have been omitted.
The interior comes standard with Global Black seats combining Capri leatherette and suede materials. Power comes from the 2.0-liter Hurricane 4 turbocharged inline-four gasoline engine, which produces a maximum output of 324 hp.
The North American base price is $49,990, approximately $5,000 below the higher Trailhawk trim at around $54,995 and the Overland at around $57,895.
