QubeBase Co., Ltd. will begin a business partnership with Forval RealStraight Inc. (FRS) on 1 November 2026 to use generative AI, aiming to enhance customer value and make workstyles smarter by embedding AI in proposals for office relocation and development. Field testing will proceed starting with activities in the sales division.
QubeBase has launched a business partnership with FRS focused on AI adoption, combining FRS’s expertise in real estate brokerage, interior design and ICT infrastructure development with its own AI agent development capabilities. The partnership will begin on 1 November 2026, with the aim of enhancing customer value by introducing AI into proposals for office relocation and development.
Field testing will proceed starting with the sales division, with the companies undertaking repeated initiatives to embed AI into on-site business processes and decision-making flows, while pursuing both smarter workstyles and higher productivity.
As the implementation of generative AI in society progresses, the companies share the view that general-purpose tools alone have limitations when addressing industry-specific business processes and decisions based on experiential knowledge.
FRS will promote collaborative research and development by bringing together the strengths of both companies, with the aim of achieving its purpose of providing optimal solutions for “workstyles” and “places.” Through the partnership, the companies will advance AI use tailored to on-site operations and pursue higher productivity in the workplace design field.
