すし銚子丸 will open its new-format restaurant, 鮨 Yasuke 潮彩, at JIYUGAOKA MUSE SQUARE in Jiyugaoka. The restaurant will actively use farmed fish as part of its use of sustainable marine resources, and will offer a special-price premium tuna selection to mark the opening.
すし銚子丸's new-format restaurant, 鮨 Yasuke 潮彩, will open at the JIYUGAOKA MUSE SQUARE commercial complex in Jiyugaoka, Meguro-ku, Tokyo. The opening date is 17 September 2026, and the restaurant will be named 鮨 Yasuke 潮彩 自由が丘店.
The concept is “Taste sustainability in a slightly special sushi experience.” The restaurant will use sustainable marine resources, including brown-sugar-fed farmed fish and Tasmanian salmon, and will use Tako rice for its sushi rice.
Centered on set meals prepared using the chefs' skills, the menu will combine Edomae-style sushi and Japanese specialties for guests to enjoy at once. The restaurant design and entrance presentation will create the atmosphere of being by the sea, and a fish preparation area will be installed as a focal point.
As a special opening promotion, the restaurant will sell “Premium tuna selection (5 pieces)” at the special price of ¥1,750 (tax included). The sales period is from 17 September 2026 to 31 October 2026, and the item is available for dine-in only at the Jiyugaoka restaurant.
すし銚子丸 operates 92 restaurants in Chiba, Tokyo and elsewhere, including conveyor-belt sushi and sushi kaiseki formats. The new restaurant is part of the company's brand expansion aimed at creating new dining experiences.
