「During the fiscal year, we substantially revised the Charter of Corporate Ethical Conduct and disseminated its explanatory Ethics Handbook throughout the group, including distributing translated versions to overseas bases. As part of our human rights initiatives, we conducted a “Human Rights Survey” for employees, held “Human Rights Roundtable Discussions” at offices nationwide to discuss human rights issues openly, and provided role-play-based training on power harassment. To strengthen the global compliance framework, we also appointed compliance leaders at overseas bases, held group-wide meetings and conducted compliance training during visits to overseas bases.」
