The Company believed that combining its strengths with those of the 4 companies under 株式会社メイホーエクステック, namely 株式会社東組, 株式会社愛木, 株式会社有坂建設 and 株式会社三川土建, would generate not only economies of scale but also greater opportunities for personnel exchanges and the sharing of technical knowledge, including construction-site experience and construction expertise, leading to more effective use of management resources and greater contributions to local communities. Following discussions, the parties agreed that 今田建設ホールディングス株式会社 would join the メイホー Group.」

It provides integrated management services from the survey stage through maintenance and management, supports the safety and security of local communities mainly in Hiroshima Prefecture, and has developed together with the communities it serves. The Company decided to acquire the shares because it believes that combining the strengths of 株式会社安芸建設コンサルタント with those of 6 construction consulting companies, including 株式会社メイホーエンジニアリング, would make it possible to generate new synergies in addition to economies of scale and contribute further to local communities.」

The Company decided to acquire the shares because it determined that combining the strengths of 株式会社有坂建設 with those of the 2 companies under 株式会社メイホーエクステック, its consolidated subsidiary, namely 株式会社東組 and 株式会社愛木, would lead not only to economies of scale but also to more effective use of management resources and enable it to contribute further to local communities.」
