  2. FY2026-H1AdvancedAnnual report

「We also acquired all shares on 1 April 2026. Voting-rights ratio acquired 100.0%」

The acquisition of all shares of BNG Partners was completed on 1 April 2026, and the company was included in the scope of consolidation. The plan to expand human-resources services and the customer base through M&A moved into execution.
  3. FY2025First statedAnnual report

「In January 2026, the Company acquired all shares of PM Club Co., Ltd. and made it a wholly owned subsidiary. The BNG group’s talent pool and OpenWork’s core user base are both primarily high-level personnel in their late 20s to 30s. There is also substantial overlap between the industries of companies recruiting through OpenWork Recruiting and the sectors to which BNG refers candidates, suggesting significant synergies in their user and customer bases. By combining BNG’s track record and expertise in career advisory and job-change support, its talent pool, and the Company’s working data, products and customer base, we believe we can jointly create a new model of recruitment, increase the value and performance of BNG’s recruitment business, and develop products that support job seekers’ career formation.」

The Company disclosed the completion of its acquisition of PM Club as a wholly owned subsidiary in January 2026 and plans to acquire all shares of BNG Partners on 1 April 2026. The rationale includes synergies between BNG’s talent pool of approximately 50,000 people and its expertise in high-level recruitment, and OpenWork’s data, products and customer base.
