「Climate change is a global issue and we recognize it as an important challenge. The Sustainability Committee, directly overseen by the Management Planning Meeting, identifies and assesses climate-related risks and opportunities and determines response policies. The climate-related risks identified through this process are integrated into enterprise-wide risks by the Compliance Committee, which handles company-wide risks. We are addressing climate-related risks through this process. However, if an event beyond the scope of these initiatives occurs, our operating results and financial position could be affected.」
