The renovation of the 2nd-floor Central Ticket Gate at Nankai Electric Railway Namba Station won the 2026 Good Design Award. The station wayfinding sign system introduced as part of the project also won the Gold Award from the Japan Sign Design Association.
Nankai Electric Railway announced that it had renovated the 2nd-floor Central Ticket Gate at Namba Station and that the renovation had won the 2026 Good Design Award, organized by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion.
It was also announced that the wayfinding sign system introduced in conjunction with the renovation had won the Gold Award at the 60th Japan Sign Design Award, organized by the Japan Sign Design Association.
