This webinar, based on the latest data, will examine young employees’ candid views and the current state of their development, while explaining 3 approaches to using AI to overcome resource shortages and the reliance on individual expertise in the workplace. 株式会社コードタクト, which will serve as moderator, will work with en Inc. and KIYOラーニング株式会社 to present practical examples of AI use in the workplace.
The webinar will focus on 3 areas: “AI × behaviour change,” “AI × training design” and “AI × reflective learning support.” These aim to support behaviour change, improve training design and promote autonomous growth by advancing the experiential learning cycle. The webinar will examine the realities facing young employees using aptitude-test data from 450,000 people and present specific measures for improving the quality of development without increasing the burden on frontline staff.
